  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (omit if using flavoured yoghurt)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Prep Your Fruit

Cut up the fruit in a variety of sizes to create kebabs. To create interest and texture, half some berries & grapes while leaving some whole.

You can use mini cookie cutters on large slices of harder fruit like apple, melons and pineapple.

Toss apples and bananas with a bit of lemon juice to stop them from browning before adding them to the sculpture.

Get Creative

  • Place your sculpture base on a plate, platter or cutting board.

  • Create an assortment of kebabs by using bamboo skewers and toothpicks.

  • You can use only one piece of fruit or many per skewer/toothpick.

  • Remember to leave the skewer/toothpick exposed at one end for anchoring it into the base.|

  • Now poke the kebabs into the base.

  • Be creative. Give your sculpture a face, or turn the sculpture into a funny monster, see how high you can create a tower or just make your sculpture abstract and fun. It’s time to your use imagination!
